His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, responsiveness, and white-glove client service—ensuring every contract runs with precision and care. Under his direction, Vigilant Eye continues to set a higher standard for reliability, transparency, and professionalism in private security.

A veteran operations leader with more than two decades of experience in aviation, security management, and workforce logistics, Mohamad oversees all field operations, compliance, and guard performance at Vigilant Eye Security.

Before joining Vigilant Eye, he managed aviation security for Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), coordinating safety for over 40 airlines and supervising 200+ personnel under federal and TSA oversight. His extensive leadership at Allied Universal and Aviation Safeguards sharpened his expertise in crisis management, training, and regulatory compliance.

Mohamad’s operational precision, combined with his background in business management, ensures Vigilant Eye’s clients receive consistent, top-tier service across every account.

Vigilant Eye Security founded in Southern California with a goal of redefining security services from the ground up
2007
Expanded services to Central and Northern California
2008
Despite the 2008 Financial Crisis worked to open our first branch offices in Oakland, Sacramento, San Diego and Fresno
2010
Launched an internal training academy to address inefficiencies and gaps in Security Guard training. Developed new certifications that are used throughout the security industry today
2014
Expanded services to Arizona and opened our first out of state branch in Phoenix
2016
Started long term municipal, state, and federal contracts including airports, stadiums, hospitals, school districts and more
2020
Instead of layoffs, increased hiring during the Covid pandemic and transitioned into providing security for healthcare, state and federal projects to weather the pandemic

Launched drone-assisted patrol programs
